Providing Child Therapy Services, Using Play Therapy to Address:

  • Behavioral Problems
  • Social Skills
  • Trauma / Grief
  • Family Disruption
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Improved Parent-Child Relationships

Do you have concerns that your child is sad or angry, or have you noticed changes in their mood or behavior? Although parents often worry about their children, if you think that your child’s behavior and feelings are getting in their way at home or school, it can be helpful to talk to a professional. I am a trained play therapist and my work and passion has been to help children and parents to be the kid, mom, and dad they want to be. Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate way to work with children ages 3 – 11. Using this approach, the therapist can help the child to better communicate feelings and work through problems that are causing them distress. They will also practice new ways to express themselves. My work is collaborative and your participation in the process is not only encouraged but essential. All families are welcome here.

I also enjoy working with adults, whether individually, or in couples or families. I have deep respect for the willingness to seek help with life’s difficulties. It is a privilege for me to partner with you to define and work towards your goals.
